authenticity, support and sharing your wisdom!~ Emma Beach, Yoga Teacher
Lou's trauma-informed and sound teacher training was a truly enriching experience. Her passion for all things sound, paired with
her deep knowledge, made the sessions both engaging and easy to understand. Lou has a wonderful way of breaking down
complex ideas so they really stick. I'm leaving this training with a ton of inspiration and practical tools that I’m excited to bring into
my classes, my life, and my family’s life. I’m so grateful for the growth and insights I’ve gained on this journey!~ Genevieve Pugh, Yoga Teacher
Lou provides the most safe, warm and giving space. Her voice and use of instruments
is a gift and her connection and knowledge to music has incredible depth and love. Through experience, Lou's depth, honesty,
rawness, teachings and understanding for the human condition and various impacts of trauma, is integral to support not only
personal healing but to help support the healing of others in the most safest and profound way. I will not ever listen to music or
sound the same, such a gift you have shared with us Lou, thankyou, so grateful.~ Rebel O'Brien
