This gentle asana, pranayama and meditation class will be slow, steady and mostly floor based. A focus is on unwinding tension and nourishing the central nervous system.

What you will need: Yoga block or chair. Access to a wall. Bolster or two pillows or cushions.

This class is a floor based class with longer holds to target the deeper tissues in the body. If you have yoga props, bring a bolster and one or two yoga blocks. If you don’t have these, bring some cushions and pillows. Sometimes we do myofascial release so get yourself a tennis ball.

30 minutes of meditation and breathwork can alter our state in the most transformational way. Simple and effective practices for long lasting effect. This class can be taken sitting in a chair or on the ground.
