Join Darci to explore the seven Chakras through the framework of yoga. This series is inspired by Darcis favorite Chakra book “Eastern Body Western Mind” by Judith Anodea and includes a variety of Hatha, Vinyasa, longer held, floor based shapes, meditation, breathwork and mantra. Throughout the classes, Darci shares the philosophy behind each chakra and how they relate to us physically, mentally and emotionally. Many quotes from the book Eastern Body, Western Mind are shared, inspiring broader awareness and space for deeper reflection.
