This course offers yoga teachers the clarity they need to confidently create sequences and workshops with a thorough understanding of how Vinyasa differs from other styles of yoga, whilst maintaining the traditional elements of the practice. Learn how to weave themes and intention into your flow and develop an understanding of how to teach peak postures, providing plenty of options for new or experienced students.
 
Upon completion of this course, teachers will confidently teach deep and profound yoga classes and workshops whilst understanding how to work alongside students, guiding them to progress and develop their personal and teaching practice.

This 20hr course is fully accredited by global governing body Yoga Alliance.

  • A long weekend face-to-face with Lyndal diving deep into all things Vinyasa, with ample workshop time to ask questions and practice together.
  • All course materials including a printed and bound manual.
  • Full support in leading your first class to your community, either in-studio or online.

Complete all written and practical assignments.

 

To get the most out of this training, you will need to have had one year of yoga practice under your belt and be open to giving and receiving feedback, and a keen receptivity and willingness to learn.
