Each month we explore new themes, techniques, and perspectives to enrich your personal practice and to refine your teaching skills. These workshops are geared towards those who simply want to deepen their practice, and also towards teachers who want to strengthen their teaching skills. Inversions Using the Wall

Alignment Class
Sunday 15th February 8-9am QLD time
This class will focus on deeper alignment and options for some of the more common standing Asana - Warrior I, II & III, Extended Triangle Pose, Revolved Triangle Pose, Side Angle Pose and Revolved Side Angle Pose.
Our standing Asanas are incredibly grounding and this workshop will get you deeper into the layer of your unique anatomy!

Teachers Circle - Exploring language and weaving philosophy into your class
Wednesday 11th February 11:30am - 1:30pm
Bookings vital as numbers are capped.
This session, via Zoom, will go for 1-2hours depending on how many book in.
This online session is designed for teachers to come together to explore and navigate teaching with depth and meaning in a way that feels authentic.
Sharing your experiences and hearing what works for others is an incredibly supportive tool for us teachers, especially is experiencing doubt and imposter syndrome - a natural part of being a teacher!

Together, we’ll explore common challenges, share what’s working, and learn from one another’s experiences.
Expect a relaxed, discussion-based format with opportunities for connection, exploration, short teaching moments, and breakout rooms (or observations) designed to help you reflect, refine, and strengthen your teaching practice.
