THEME: Language
This month’s theme is around relational awareness and how the language we use can impact the humans in front of us.
As teachers, our words carry more weight than we often realise. A single cue, a passing comment or the tone of our voice can help someone feel safe, seen and capable, or quietly leave them feeling unsure or left out.
Come along to share your experiences, questions and wonderings. What words have stayed with you, as a student or a teacher? What language feels supportive, and what have you started to question? There are no experts here and no right answers, just a space to listen, reflect and learn from one another.
Whether you’re newly qualified or have been teaching for years, your voice is welcome.

Living Yoga Circle
A monthly gathering to explore yoga philosophy together.
Friday 13th NovemberÂ
Friday 4th December
10 - 11:30am QLD time (AEST)
Each month, we choose one thread from yoga philosophy and bring it into the virtual room. It might be one of the yamas, a line from the Sutras, or a simple idea like contentment or letting go.
We sit together, share thoughts and reflections, and look at what the theme means in our everyday lives. How does it show up in our relationships, our work, and the way we treat ourselves?
There’s no need to have studied philosophy. Come as you are, listen, share as much or as little as you like, and leave with something to carry into the month ahead.
Open to students, teachers and anyone curious about living their yoga off the mat.
