Once you have registered you will be emailed the Zoom link and passcode for all classes. You will also be emailed a reminder the day before each class.
Free Yin Yoga - February 2024

This free four week offering is designed to help you unwind. Through this floor based, prop heavy, meditative practice, you will release built up tension, improve digestion and calm and clarify the mind. Each class will also focus on slow, deep stretching and nourishing of the connective tissues and joints. There will be an emphasis on stillness and surrender, allowing the body to achieve a deeper level of relaxation. During a couple of sessions, we will use a tennis ball for some deeper myofascial release.
What you will need: A tennis ball, a bolster (or a couple of pillows and a towel), two yoga blocks (or a couple of cushions) and a strap (or a scarf or tie).
