This 20-hour hybrid training is for yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners who want to refine their teaching skills and advance their practice. Blending yogic philosophy with Buddhist psychology, this course offers a grounded and heart-centred approach to meditation, pranayama and the architecture of the mind.
Across the training, you’ll learn how to scaffold and teach meditation in a clear, accessible and therapeutic way. Drawing from Tibetan Buddhist visualisation, Zen simplicity and modern psychological frameworks, you’ll explore how to guide students into stillness, work with distraction, and build practices that shift and transform the nervous system.
We’ll also dive into the more stimulating and enlivening pranayama practices and learn how to safely sequence, teach and introduce these energising techniques in both group classes and 1:1 settings.
Threaded throughout is an exploration of yogic philosophy viewed through a Buddhist psychology lens. We explore samskaras, perception, the nature of suffering, and the process of transformation. You’ll uncover how ancient teachings align with modern day science, and how these philosophies can enrich your teaching and reshape your personal practice.

Hybrid Yoga Teacher Training - Flexibility to Fit Your Life

This 20-hour Yoga Teacher Training is designed with flexibility in mind. The training begins with a rich online component that you can move through in your own time, at your own pace, so you can arrive at the in-person weekend already grounded, prepared, and inspired. Whether you’re balancing work, parenting, or a full schedule, the online modules give you the freedom to study when it actually works for you.

The in-person immersion runs over just one weekend, making it easy for those travelling or juggling commitments. It’s a spacious and practical where everything you learned online comes alive through guided practice, discussion circles, embodied experience and time to refine your teaching practice.

For those who can’t physically make it, we have just two Zoom-based spots available, allowing you to join the weekend live from wherever you are.

This hybrid format offers the best of both worlds: the flexibility to prepare in your own rhythm, and the depth of gathering together -either in person or online - for a weekend of person practice, teaching practice and genuine connection.

Testimonial

Evie and Darci were compassionate, joyful and authentic in how they lead and facilitated each lesson and activity. They hold space for each person to feel held, seen, comfortable and present in their own unique experience.
Thank you Darci and Evie for creating a potent space, for people to come fully as they are, to be held and understand how ancient yoga philosophies can steady us in our current lives.
