This series we all come together to sit and breathe, strengthening our ability to disengage from distracting thoughts and sensations, whilst helping us to manage emotional stress and fatigue.
This month, we will be learning about and focusing on the vagus nerve. You will gain insight as to whether you are living your days governed by the parasympathetic or sympathetic nervous system and learn tools to be able to drop more effectively into the relaxation response, where deep healing can take place.
What you will need: Cushion to sit on or a chair if that's more comfortable for you.
