Online Classes
Join us for a growing selection of classes designed to practice in the comfort of your own home. From simple meditation and breathing practices to floor-based yin and stretch classes, through to more dynamic Vinyasa and workshop style classes, we have five levels of classes for you to choose from.

Work through them systematically from the foundational level one classes designed for those who want to slow down or simplify, or if you are feeling adventurous and strong, dive straight into more advanced practices that will get you building heat and strength.

For those who struggle to find the time for practice, there are classes as short as 5-10 minutes and for those who prefer to marinate or challenge themselves in longer classes, there are also 90-120 minute classes to choose from.
