Hatha Yoga - May 2024

Monday Nights in May 13th, 20th, 27th

Online via Zoom - $20 for all four classes (Join one or all)

6:30 - 7:30pm QLD time

Throughout these four weeks, we will work and target different areas of the body (Legs + Hips / Arms + Shoulders / Core + Glutes / Spine). The class will be slow and steady with an alignment focus that nurtures all body types and limitations.  
This series is designed to meet the needs of the complete beginner through to the more experienced practitioner. Teachers are encouraged to join to develop and refine their teaching skills. 
What you will need: Yoga block or chair. Access to a wall. Bolster or two pillows or cushions.

6:30 - 7:30pm QLD / NSW / VIC / TAS / ACT (AEST)

6:00 - 7:00pm SA / NT

4:30 - 5:30pm WA

8:30 - 9:30pm New Zealand

1:30 - 2:30am Vancouver, Canada

Once you have completed your purchase you will be emailed the Zoom link and passcode for all classes. You will also be emailed a reminder the day before each class.
