Her teaching style is accessible to the total beginner and can deepen the more experienced yogi’s practice: it will enable you to rhythmically explore the layers of your body, so you can consciously dissolve tension and also feel into the origin of your discomfort.

Darci is super passionate about delivering the philosophy of yoga in a way that is interesting, practical, simple and accessible. These teachings are for everybody, and are conveyed in a way that meets you exactly where you are.

Whether you are in a flow class or a more restorative practice, you will be given plenty of options to adapt to where your body is at on any given day. All classes are layered in a way that includes everyone, giving options to support all physical and mental realms.

Class description:
This floor based, prop heavy practice is designed to target the deeper tissues in the body - the fascia, tendons, ligaments and bones. Holding each pose for up to five minutes also gives us the time and space to work on the more subtle areas of our practice. Deepening your awareness, your ability to be present, to disentangle from tension, stress and anxiety whilst being able to more effectively relax, are just some of the benefits you will get from this practice.

Class description:
Hatha is a great practice for all levels of experience and all ages, especially for those who prefer a slower style of yoga where the poses are held for longer. In this class, we move deeper into alignment, breath awareness and the meditative aspect of our practice which can sometimes be lost in the modern day Vinyasa class due to the pace. This practice is slower and steadier whilst still building strength and balance.
